Rhino Solar™ is a brand of Dazzle Robotics Private Limited. The company is registered in Gujarat, India, with its registered office and works at B1+B2+B3/5, GIDC Electronics Estate, Sector 25, Gandhinagar — 382024, Gujarat, India. It holds GSTIN 24AADCD2072M1ZP and CIN U29100GJ2009PTC057664, and those are the same identifiers printed on every tax invoice we raise.

In this document “we”, “us” and “the Company” mean Dazzle Robotics Private Limited, trading as Rhino Solar™. “You” means the person, farm, firm, dealership or company that browses this website, asks us for a quotation, or places an order on it. “Goods” means the solar pump controllers, VFDs, pump sets and inverters we manufacture and sell.

Browsing this website, asking us to reserve stock, or placing an order means you have read and accepted these terms and the policies linked from them. If any clause does not suit your installation or your trade terms, do not order — call us first and we will explain it in plain language before any money changes hands.

The personal information you give us in order to place, deliver and support an order — name, delivery address, phone number, email and order history — is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• If you order for a farm, firm, dealership or company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
• You confirm the name, delivery address, PIN code and phone number you give us are true and current — a wrong address or an unreachable phone is the commonest cause of a failed delivery.
• You will have the goods installed and earthed by a competent electrician, in line with the instructions supplied with the unit.

Every product carries a model code in our RMCS series — RMCS-2312, RMCS-2318, RMCS-2322 and so on — alongside its ratings and a specification table. Quote that model code on any order, payment reference or support call; it is how we identify exactly which unit you have.

Published specifications, photographs and videos are indicative. We improve our designs continuously, so a shipped unit may differ from a photograph in small ways — label revision, enclosure marking, connector detail, firmware version — with no change to the rated performance. Where a change does alter the ratings, it is issued as a different model code, not as a quiet substitution.

Matching the drive to your pump is your decision

A solar drive is sized against three things: the pump, the array and the cable run. You are responsible for selecting a drive that matches your installation, and for giving us correct details if you ask us to check it. Before you order, confirm:

• The motor rating in HP or kW on the pump nameplate, and whether the motor is single-phase or three-phase.
• The open-circuit voltage of your array on the coldest bright morning it will see — it must stay inside the drive input window, allowing for the panels you have in series.
• The array wattage actually available, the series and parallel configuration, and the cable size and length from array to drive to pump.
• The bore depth, static water level and the head the pump has to lift against.

Sizing help is free, and we would much rather give it before you buy. Send a photograph of the pump nameplate, your panel wattage with the series and parallel count, and the bore depth to rhinosolarvfd@gmail.com, or call +91 87996 73595 during Monday to Saturday · 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Ten minutes on the phone costs nothing; the wrong drive on a bore costs a pumping week.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and apply to supply within India. Prices shown on product and category pages are exclusive of GST. GST at the rate applicable to the goods is added at checkout and shown as a separate line in the order summary before you pay, so the total on that summary is the amount that will actually be charged. Nothing is added after it.

A GST tax invoice is raised for every order, in the name of Dazzle Robotics Private Limited under GSTIN 24AADCD2072M1ZP, and travels with the consignment as well as reaching you by email. If you are registered and intend to claim input tax credit, enter your GSTIN and the exact registered business name at checkout — we cannot add or change a GSTIN on an invoice once it has been raised and reported in our GST return.

The two ways to pay

• Paytm Payment Gateway — you are redirected to Paytm to pay by card, UPI, net-banking or wallet. The card number, PIN, CVV and OTP are entered on Paytm, never on our site; we neither see nor store them.
• Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS) — choose the call-to-confirm option at checkout and our team will send you the company account details with the order confirmation. Quote the order number in the transfer remarks so we can match it.

An order is confirmed only when payment is realised in our account. If a gateway payment is later reversed, fails settlement, or is charged back, the order is not confirmed and we may hold dispatch until the position is clear. A screenshot of a debit is not the same as a credit reaching us, and we will always check before we ship.

Prices may change at any time and without notice — component costs, freight rates and tax rates all move. The price shown to you and paid on a confirmed order is the price we honour, whatever the site says afterwards.

We will never ask you for a card PIN, CVV, OTP or UPI PIN by phone, WhatsApp or email, and we will never ask you to pay into a personal account. Anyone who does is not us — stop, and report it to rhinosolarvfd@gmail.com.

Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The on-screen acknowledgement and the payment receipt confirm that we have your order and your money; neither of them is acceptance of the order.

A contract is formed when we either dispatch the goods or confirm the order to you in writing — by email, SMS or WhatsApp quoting the order number — whichever happens first.

We may decline an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including:

• The item is out of stock, or the batch on hand is already committed against an earlier order.
• Our courier partners do not serve the delivery PIN code, or serve it only to a nearby hub for self-collection.
• The drive ordered is plainly mismatched to the pump or array details you have given us, and you do not wish to change it.
• We suspect fraud, a stolen card or a chargeback pattern on the payment.
• Dealer, bulk or credit terms have been assumed but not agreed with us in writing.
• The order is for resale outside an agreed dealership arrangement.

If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount — the entire sum received, including GST and any freight collected — with no deduction, within 7 working days of the decision, to the same instrument you paid from. We will always tell you the reason.

We ship across India by surface courier. We aim to hand a confirmed order to the courier within 2–5 working days, and delivery then usually takes a further 3–10 working days depending on the destination. Freight, serviceability, tracking, failed deliveries and damaged parcels are dealt with in full in the Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk passes on delivery, that is when the parcel is handed to you or to any person who accepts it at the address you gave us. Title passes only when we have received the full price in cleared funds; until then the goods remain our property even if they are already standing in your shed.

Check the parcel before you sign for it. If the outer packaging is torn, wet or crushed, note it on the courier sheet or refuse the delivery, and tell us as soon as you see it and in any event within 48 hours of delivery — the deadline set out in the Shipping & Delivery policy — with photographs of the outer box, the inner packing and the unit. Courier claims fail without those photographs, and we cannot make them for you afterwards.

Dispatch and delivery dates given by us or by a courier are honest estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delay caused by matters outside our reasonable control — courier backlog, weather, floods, strikes or bandhs, road closure or an act of government — but we will chase the consignment and keep you told.

We warrant each drive we manufacture to be free from manufacturing defect for 12 months from the date of the GST tax invoice. The warranty covers the drive itself — the controller, VFD or inverter — and runs in favour of the original buyer named on that invoice.

If a defect appears within that period, tell us with the invoice number, the model code and the serial number on the unit, and a short description of what the unit does and when it started. The remedy is repair or replacement of the unit, at our option, after it has been inspected at our works. Replacement may be with the current equivalent model where the original has been superseded.

Excluded from warranty

• Wrong wiring, reversed polarity, incorrect phase or neutral connection, or running a motor larger than the rating the drive is sold for.
• Array voltage above the rated input window of the drive — including open-circuit voltage on a cold morning from too many panels in series.
• Lightning, surge, or damage from an unstable or spiking supply.
• Water, dust or insect ingress into a unit that is no longer sealed as it was supplied, or that has been mounted in the open against the installation instructions.
• Any unit opened, modified, rewound or repaired by anyone other than us or a person we authorised in writing.
• Physical damage — a dropped, cracked, burnt or dented unit — and damage caused after delivery, including in onward transit.
• Normal wear, consumable and cosmetic parts, and a unit whose serial or model label is missing or defaced so that it cannot be identified.
• Pumps, panels, cable, float switches, structures and mounting hardware not manufactured by us — these carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, which we will help you pursue.

Keep the invoice safe. It is the document that proves the warranty start date, and a claim cannot be traced without it. Nothing in this clause takes away your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Three separate policies govern what happens if you change your mind, if something arrives wrong, or if you want your money back. Each of them forms part of these terms, and where a point is dealt with specifically in one of them, that policy prevails over this summary.

• Cancellation — you may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch and the whole amount comes back; once the consignment has left us it is handled as a return. The one exception is a made-to-order or bulk order, which cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.
• Returns — raise a return within 7 days of delivery, with the unit unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Refunds — an approved refund is credited to the instrument you originally paid from within 7 working days of approval and of our having the details we need.

Read them in full: Cancellation Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping & Delivery. Who pays the freight on a return, and the condition the goods must come back in, are set out there.

Keep the distinction clear: a return sends back an unused unit inside the return window, and a warranty claim concerns a unit that has failed in service within 12 months. They follow different routes and carry different remedies.

The Rhino Solar™ name and logo, the RMCS model codes, all product photography and video, wiring diagrams, specification tables and the text of this website are the property of Dazzle Robotics Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected by Indian copyright and trade mark law.

Dealers and installers who buy genuine goods from us may reproduce our product photographs and published specifications in order to sell those goods, provided the material is unaltered and Rhino Solar™ is identified as the manufacturer. Anything else — rebranding a unit, altering a specification, using our images for goods that are not ours, or holding yourself out as an authorised distributor without a dealership agreement — requires our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, overload or attempt to break this website, its checkout, or its payment integration.
• Do not order under a false identity, with a payment instrument that is not yours, or to test card numbers.
• Do not scrape the catalogue in bulk or republish it as your own listing.
• Do not send us unlawful, defamatory or infringing material through our forms, email or WhatsApp.

We may suspend access, cancel orders and report any of the above to the payment gateway, the acquiring bank or the police. Misuse of a computer resource is an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Our goods are built for hard field service and we stand behind them. This clause sets the outer limit of what we can be asked to pay when something nevertheless goes wrong.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of India, our total aggregate liability for any claim connected with an order — in contract, in tort, under statute or otherwise — is limited to the invoice value of that order, meaning the amount you actually paid us for it, including GST.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss: crop loss, lost pumping days, hired labour, rented machinery, water bought in, loss of profit, or the cost of an alternative pumping arrangement.

Sizing suggestions, videos and general advice are given in good faith as guidance, on the information you give us. Installation, cabling, earthing, protection and compliance with electrical safety requirements are the responsibility of the installer, and we are not liable for installation work we did not carry out.

These terms, and every contract made under them, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the next paragraph, the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

If you are a consumer, that does not take away your right to approach a consumer commission wherever the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 permits you to file, including where you ordinarily reside or work.

Most problems turn out to be a courier scan that has not updated, a pump and drive mismatch, or a payment that has not settled, and all three are usually sorted the same day. Quote your order number, the invoice number and the model code, and tell us what happened and what you would like done. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require us to acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours of receiving it and to redress it within one month; we work to those timelines and keep you informed while we do.

These terms, together with the policies linked from them and your order confirmation, are the entire agreement between us on their subject matter. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that is not a waiver of it on another.
